Cancellation: Ads cancelled after 5 on Monday will be subject to full charge.
Contracts:
All advertisers receiving contract rates must have signed agreements. If advertising is cancelled early, open rate will be billed to advertiser.
Copy regulations:
We reserve the right to insert the words "Advertisement" in all ads. Advertising simulating news must carry the word "Advertisement" and must include a 1 point border. Political advertising must carry the word "Advertisement."
All advertising accepted is subject to the approval of the publisher. We reserve the right to revise or reject any advertising which is not in the best interest of our publication.
Liability for errors in advertisements shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error. If the advertisement is running consecutively, the error will only count for the first time ad is published.
Advertisements may be designed at no additional charge to the customer, however, any advertisement designed by the Gazette is not to be published in other publications without written consent by the publisher.

Payment:
