Prescott Promenade re-opens with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Mayor Mark Lewis officially re-opened the Prescott Promenade with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, Aug 13, prior to the start of the Concert On The Green featuring the Cat-illacs! The Mayor was joined by Council members Jillian Hanson-Cox and Bob McLlellan, City Manager, Kathi Henery, the Public Works staff for the City of El Cajon, the architect and contractors for the project and memoers of the East County Chamber of Commerce and the El Cajon Community Development Corporation. The crowd was estimated to be between 1,000 – 2,000 in attendance. The now larger venue will allow for larger community events. Stop by and see the bigger and better Prescott Promenade!
